Terms for the conversion service
The hosted conversion service at api.html2wp.dev is not part of the plugin's source-available licence, and is governed by its own terms.
These terms are not published yet
The plugin's licence points here for them, so this page exists rather than returning a 404, but the terms themselves are still being drafted and nothing on this page is one. Until they are published, questions about the service go to hello@html2wp.dev and are answered by a person.
What is already settled
These points are not the terms, but they are already stated in the plugin repositories and will not change under you:
- The Service is separate from the Software. The plugin's source-available licence covers the skill and its scripts. It does not license the hosted service, and the service is not part of what you install.
- Your output is yours, unconditionally. A theme produced from your design carries no obligation to us, and that survives everything else in the licence. See the licences page.
- The uploaded workspace is deleted 7 days after it stops changing; the gate verdicts and the conversion record are kept 365 days; defect reports 90 days. In full on the data page.
- The delivered theme calls no server of ours at runtime, ever. Whatever the service terms end up saying, they govern the conversion, not the site you hand over.
- Refusals are stated by the service, in prose. Allowance, page limits and re-run counts are what the service reports at the time, not a number computed anywhere else.
