Manage your subscription
Here you cancel the subscription, change the card, download invoices or switch Pro from monthly to yearly. There is no account to sign in to. Everything on this page starts from the email address you bought with, because Paddle, which sells the licence, knows you by that address.
Cancel, card, invoices
In the Paddle customer portal you cancel the subscription, change the payment method and edit the billing details on your invoices. You can also download every payment receipt and every invoice there.
Switch Pro from monthly to yearly
Enter the email address you bought with. If it has an active monthly Pro subscription, we email you a link. The page behind it shows the exact amount Paddle will charge, and nothing changes until you confirm. The form answers the same way for every address, whether or not it has a subscription. Also, the link only ever goes to that address's inbox, so nobody can use the form to find out who our customers are.
What cancelling does
Cancelling stops the next renewal and takes effect only at the end of the period you have paid for. Until that period ends, the key keeps working and Paddle charges you nothing more. After that date, a Pro key stops converting sites. Visual Edit Pro keeps running on your site, but with its Pro features off and without downloads or updates. Every theme you converted until then stays yours.
Cancelling is not a refund
When you cancel, we do not pay back the unused part of the paid period. A refund is a separate thing: you can ask for one within 14 days of the payment, and only while the key has not been used. The refund policy has the details and the steps to ask for one.
Changing plan
From monthly Pro to yearly you switch at once, and the key stays the same. You pay the yearly price minus what is left of your month. Paddle charges the card saved on the subscription, without you filling in the checkout again. The year runs from the day you switch, not from the end of the month. The confirmation page shows the exact amount before you agree, and the beta discount does not apply to a switch.
From yearly to monthly you cannot switch here, because the paid year runs to its end. Write to us before it renews, and the subscription renews as monthly, with the same key.
Changed your mind?
Until the paid period ends, you can resume a cancelled subscription: just contact us through the form. Once the period has ended, a new purchase starts a new subscription with a new key.
